This time, with mountains and rivers as the backdrop and collaboration as the theme, while appreciating the magnificent scenery of the Western Regions, we deeply integrated team cohesion with the product concept of modular exhibition booths, accumulating abundant vitality and inspiration for future business development.

Our first stop of the team building was Sayram Lake, known as "the last teardrop of the Atlantic Ocean". The crystal-clear lake water, the vast lake shore and the snow-capped mountains in the distance complement each other perfectly. This place is not only a scenic spot that heals the soul, but also a natural arena for us to temper team collaboration. We first launched the "Lake Circling Collaborative Check-in" task. The team was precisely divided into the Business Team, Construction Group and Support Group. Centering on the core goal of "collecting natural design inspiration", we completed tasks such as scenery shooting and characteristic element recording along the designated lake section. This process perfectly replicated the promotion logic of daily exhibition booth projects: the Business Team took the lead in clarifying core needs (check-in goals), the Construction Group planned efficient execution paths (lake circling routes), and the Support Group coordinated the whole process (material supply and safety control). Every step was inseparable from efficient communication and tacit cooperation. Staring at the lake water and the solid reefs on the shore, a team member sighed: "The reefs of Sayram Lake are firmly rooted to resist wind and waves, just like the modular aluminum frame base of our exhibition booths, which is reliable; and the crystal clarity of the lake water also reminds us that we can optimize the booth surface with high-transparency materials to fully display the detailed beauty of customers' exhibits."

After leaving the tranquil scenery of Sayram Lake, we drove to Aktag Girl Peak, passing by the Guozigou Bridge, hailed as "Xinjiang's No.1 Bridge", on the way. Driving on the bridge, with the deep canyon under our feet and the continuous snow-capped mountains beside us, this magnificent building spanning the valley perfectly integrates the beauty of nature and engineering with its smooth arcs and stable structure, shocking everyone in the car. During the short stop to admire the view, the team members involuntarily connected the bridge with our exhibition booth business. A member of the Construction Group sighed: "The steel structure splicing of Guozigou Bridge is precise and firm. Isn't this similar to the splicing principle of the modular aluminum frame of our exhibition booths? Both rely on rigorous structural design and precise assembly technology to achieve the dual guarantee of safety and aesthetics." The Business Team also added: "The arc design of the bridge is so aesthetically pleasing. This design concept that balances functionality and visual effects can be fully applied to the booth shape, making our booths not only practical, but also more artistically architectural."

After leaving Guozigou Bridge, we continued our journey and arrived at Aktag Girl Peak. Here, the mountains stretch undulatingly, the pine waves rustle continuously, the streams in the mountains meander through, and the scattered vegetation and unique mountain rock formations form a layered natural picture scroll, which also enables the team to deepen their understanding of collaboration during the hiking exploration. We continued the division of labor mode from the first stop: the Business Team was responsible for overall route planning and natural material collection, the Construction Group assisted in clearing obstacles along the hiking route with rich on-site experience, and the Support Group followed up the team's condition and supplied materials throughout the journey. During the rest stop on the way, everyone sat together naturally and exchanged business insights based on the scenery in front of them. A team member pointed to the solid rock formations in the mountains and said: "Look at how stable the layered structure of these rock formations is, just like the splicing of the modular aluminum frame of our exhibition booths. Every connection is solid and reliable, so as to support the entire exhibition space." Another team member was inspired by the flexible curves of the streams: "These natural and smooth curves can be integrated into booth design."

Starting from Aktag Girl Peak, we drove into the "most beautiful highway in China" — Duku Highway. The scenery outside the window kept changing, from the vast Gobi to the snow-capped mountains. The strong visual contrast made everyone stop and marvel, and also triggered the design inspiration hidden in their hearts. During the rest stop on the way, we took the opportunity to launch a themed sharing session of "Scenery and Business". The Business Team took the lead in sharing insights: "The Yardang landform along Duku Highway is so full of design sense. Those naturally formed gullies and curves can be fully applied to booth design! The environmentally friendly aluminum materials we commonly use can be easily processed into special shapes, and combined with the light-transmitting effect of high-transparency acrylic, it can not only create a high-tech exhibition space, but also integrate this natural elegance, making customers' exhibits stand out among numerous booths." Partners in charge of exhibition design and research and development also expressed their feelings: "Driving on Duku Highway requires preparing materials in advance to cope with complex road conditions, which is exactly the same as our thinking in undertaking booth projects. The spare material emergency kits we have prepared in advance are to deal with unexpected situations such as transportation damage and on-site adjustments. No matter what problems we encounter, we can respond quickly and solve them properly to ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition."

After bidding farewell to the magnificent Duku Highway, we arrived at Qiongkushtai Village and stayed in farm stays full of pastoral charm. Here, smoke curls up from kitchen chimneys, vegetation is lush and green, scattered wooden houses and meandering streams form a peaceful pastoral picture scroll, allowing the team to completely relieve the fatigue of the journey. In the farm stays, we continued the division of labor and cooperation mode and launched a warm "pastoral cooperation experience": the Business Team was responsible for overall ingredient procurement and menu planning, just like the precise control when docking with customer needs; the Construction Group relied on their hands-on ability to build simple barbecue grills and organize dining areas, analogous to the efficient execution during booth construction; the Support Group carefully inspected the freshness of ingredients and implemented dining safety, continuing the rigorous support attitude of the exhibition site. During the meal break, everyone sat around the wooden table in the courtyard and chatted. A team member was inspired by the mortise and tenon structure of the wooden houses: "Look at how firm and beautiful the splicing of these wooden houses is. It is similar to the snap-fit splicing of our environmentally friendly aluminum modular booths. Both balance aesthetics on the basis of ensuring structural stability. This idea of 'integrating practicality and aesthetics' is worthy of continuous deepening in our booth design." Another team member said: "The pastoral lines of the village are very soft. We can integrate this gentle feeling into booth decoration, using environmentally friendly aluminum materials for curved edge wrapping, combined with warm light acrylic, to make the booth more approachable."

We go all out when working and relax to the fullest when resting. At the bonfire party in Qiongkushtai Village, everyone sang and danced around the bonfire, talking freely about their growth and insights at work. After bidding farewell to this pastoral tranquility, we went to the next stop of this trip — Narat Snow Mountain. Here, snow peaks stand in great numbers, covered in silver, and the biting cold wind and pure ice and snow form a unique plateau scenery, which also enables the team to further temper their will and gather strength during the hiking exploration. We continued the division of labor and cooperation mode: the Construction Group checked the ice and snow obstacles on the hiking route in advance and made anti-skid protection; the Support Group prepared cold-proof supplies and emergency medicines; the Business Team collected design materials such as snow mountain light and shadow and lines along the way. During the rest stop, everyone looked at the towering snow mountains and exchanged insights. A team member said: "The snow mountains can resist the invasion of violent storms and snowstorms, relying on their solid foundation, just like our modular aluminum frame booths. A solid base design can ensure stability and safety during the exhibition period." Another team member was inspired by the transparent texture of ice and snow: "This pure texture can be integrated into booth design, using high-transparency acrylic combined with white environmentally friendly aluminum materials to create a simple and elegant exhibition space, which meets the minimalist needs of many brands nowadays."

After leaving Narat Snow Mountain, we went to Bayanbulak. Under the starry sky at night, everyone sat together again, talking freely about the gains of this trip to Xinjiang and the plans for future work. This team building trip allowed us to temporarily let go of pressure, and also made the concept of "customer-centric, quality through collaboration" deeply rooted in people's hearts — just like every environmentally friendly aluminum modular structure booth we build, it not only balances aesthetics and practicality, but also carries the team's professional attitude and service temperature.

The beautiful journey has come to an end, but the cohesive team strength never stops. With the inspiration and vitality gained from the trip to Xinjiang, the Tianyu Exhibition team is ready to go. In the future, we will fully integrate the collaborative spirit and innovative ideas gained from the team building into every link of booth design, construction and service, and use more professional capabilities and more tacit cooperation to create more exhibition spaces with both creativity and quality for customers. At the next exhibition, we look forward to meeting you and witnessing the craftsmanship together!
